Construction Details

Wheels

We will only use high quality wheels with lint guards and sealed ball races. The wheel is the heart of the trolley and must be the correct type and size for the application. Imported pneumatic tyres are often used for delicate equipment on rough surfaces. Generally larger wheels give better handling.

Frames

Welded steel tube and powdercoated to your colour choice.

Handles

Ergonomically designed for good grip. Usually placed at different heights at each end of trolley to allow for tall and short users.

Shelves

Usually melamine but we will use any other appropriate material, i.e., vinyl covered customwood.

Security and Hold Down Brackets

These provide security against theft of movement in transit. Usually lockable. For delicate equipment we sometimes use fabric webbing and bungy cord.

Covers

We can provide covers that hold items in place on the trolley and also provide protection from dirt and rain.
